As part of a UX capstone project, my team partnered with Whyser, an AI-powered qualitative research platform, to explore how trust is formed during a user's first experience with the product.
Through stakeholder workshops, heuristic evaluations, secondary research, and interviews with experienced researchers, we investigated what builds trust in Whyser, what aspects of the experience degrade trust, and how the first-study setup process can better support user success.

As part of a UX capstone project, my team partnered with Whyser, an AI-powered qualitative research platform, to explore how trust is formed during a user's first experience with the product.
Through stakeholder workshops, heuristic evaluations, secondary research, and interviews with experienced researchers, we investigated what builds trust in Whyser, what aspects of the experience degrade trust, and how the first-study setup process can better support user success.
